2. Anne Imhof - Vocals, Electronics "Performance"
Anne Imhof, 1978 in Gießen geboren, studierte zunächst an der Hochschule für Gestaltung HfG Offenbach; derzeit studiert sie an der Staatlichen Hochschule für bildende Künste – Städelschule – im zehnten und damit letzten Semester als Meisterschülerin von Judith Hopf, Professorin für Freie Bildende Kunst.
Anne Imhof befasst sich mit der heute verbreiteten Kunstform “Performance”, ohne dass sie sich als eine Performerin in engerem Sinn verstanden wissen möchte. Performance: eine künstlerische Form, die aus der Objekthaftigkeit eines Kunstwerks als eines sozusagen klassischen Kunst- wie auch Konsumgegenstands ausbrechen und den Künstler unmittelbar in seiner Individualität – und mitunter sogar auch das temporär betrachtende Publikum – als zeitliches und körperliches Element und konstitutiven Teil in das Kunstwerk selbst einbringen möchte. Wobei das performative, oft singuläre Geschehen durchaus dokumentiert werden kann, etwa in Form einer Videoaufzeichnung.
Anne Imhof will einen Schritt weiter – oder anders betrachtet wieder zurück – gehen: die Grenzen dieser Kunstform ausloten, mit gängigen, der Performance inzwischen anhaftenden Klischees aufräumen und die Performance samt ihrer Choreografie als eine Art Bildwerk verstehen, das weiterentwickelt werden kann und soll. Aus diesen Überlegungen resultiert eine gewisse Zweigleisigkeit im weiteren künstlerischen Prozess.
Das Konzert ist Teil des kulturellen Begleitprogramms PLAZA SHOWS, das die Commerzbank zur aktuellen Ausstellung "Über die Haut" Dominik Gohla/Hannes Michanek im Hochhaus am Kaiserplatz anbietet. Neben Führungen, Atelierbesuchen und Künstlergesprächen kuratiert der Komponist und Sänger Oliver Augst drei Konzerte zeitgenössischer Musik.

My name is Maria Jiku.
JIKUUUUUUUUUUU時空 is my solo project. JIKU meaning is spatiotemporal ,space and time. I started JIKUUUUUUUUUUU in 2009. I was born in Kyoto Japan. I am noiser, composer, guitarist, singer,and improviser.
My musical first was the piano I met at three years old. I was playing by a piano in the imitation where a note is written on paper at the beginning. It was done soon, and a real piano came to the house, and a classic piano was being done to the junior high school. While touching various music, I'm touched by the world of experimental music off a little and come soon. When making music, I'm making with my voice, synthesizer ,whip,and various sound. Music of the theater on which I appear recently is being also produced.

Thomas Tilly (F)
Artist-composer and self-taught musician Thomas Tilly uses the microphone as his main instrument of work. In 2001 he creates Tô, a solo project of concrete music focusing on environmental sounds and found-objects manipulations. In this view, the composition and publication on disc of such sound material have to be considered as a sonic synthesis of a place during a certain periode of time. (N.B. this method requires to stay, observe and study the architectural aspects of the place in order to formulate a personal view and interpretation of it). The knowledge of Thomas Tilly is also used for sound-installations allowing to develop and enlarge the logic of specific datas collected in a place – via various systems of triggering/diffusion in situ.
Thomas Tilly’s works have been published on many labels, among which the "Centre de création national Césaré".

Spanning the diverse anthology of releases from his own label SSM to Ant-Zen recordings, Gaining popularity early on in the harsh japanese noise scene along with other artists such as Aube, Massona, MSBR, and Telepherique, Hiroshi's sound has gone through an extraordinary evolution: from horror movie-like sound beds to abstract beat oriented electronic music and even dub. contagious orgasm continue to plough their uniquely peculiar furrow of audio experiments and self improvement, exploring the strange landscapes of numerous musical styles. dealing with influences ranging from ambient, dub, idm/electronica and electro to dark ambient and noise, it is an impossible task to completely comprehend.

Since 1996 Tzii, music composer and filmmaker, spreads his magickal frequencies all over the world through touring from Eastern and Western Europe to Australia, passing by USA, Canada, Japan and Africa, where he played hundreds of shows..… Spreading cinematic dark ambient and raw electronic anger, His aim is to enclose you into an abusive spiral leading you to an impossible redemption. He created his own label NIGHT ON EARTH in 2001, releasing vinyls and tapes, and is a co-founder & active member of the label/collective V-ATAK. As a multi-disciplinary artist he works also for dance companies, living performances, movie soundtracks and any other mediums with sound inside.
